Pack Your Items
Place the original tags back on the garments and secure them in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your full refund or dispatch your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
